This large Hand Labyrinth features the Classic 7 Circuit path, sometimes know as the Cretan labyrinth, especially when pictured here as asymmetric path with softer turns. This labyrinth has been sanded roughly, and oiled to help preserve the wood. Natural checking will occur and the wood should continue to be treated and used- the more you handle it, the softer the pathways will become! In time, your labyrinth will echo your meditation practice.
The 7 Circuit path is seen as the classic labyrinth, beginning with a seed pattern that pulls outward into 7 folds. The classic spiral begins with a left turn, thereby concluding on a right turn.
