This large sized labyrinth is foraged from fallen maple in Northern Garrett County, Maryland. Sanded and oiled for an extra smooth finish, this piece features paths forged by insects and beautiful natural checking that adds a unique character -to maintain a smoother labyrinth route, we used an ecoresin fill as a bridge on the path.
The labyrinth’s path is moderately sanded, and will wear down over time as you integrate this into your practice. Its Moonrise colors shift between hues of purple lilac, midnight sky, arriving at a golden amber.
The Handheld Labyrinth, sometimes called a Finger Labyrinth, is meant to inspire self-reflection. Tracing the circling route, the mind is drawn into deep introspection and the most ancient of spiritual practices.
